Pharmaceutical Trade Services, Inc. was established in 1998 with its corporate office and warehouse located on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. PTSI currently provides products and services to customers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia/Oceania, Africa and South America.

PTSI specializes in supplying U.S. pharmaceutical, OTC and nutritional supplement products not yet licensed in the importing country including controlled substances, temperature-controlled products and hazardous materials. Products are supplied on a named-patient basis and on authorization from the importing country's Ministry of Health.

PTSI liaises between U.S. manufacturers and clinical trial facilities that require a supply of pharmaceutical products for clinical studies that may be conducted as either a human-use program (such as a comparator drug to other marketed drugs) or as a non-human use program (such as testing for toxicity or reactions).

PTSI maintains a high standard of customer service. Our services include providing informational and technical documentation such as Prescribing Information for products, Certificates of Analysis (or Certificates of Compliance), technical responses from manufacturers, and stability data. The importance of providing such information is to ensure clarification of product description and product use to the healthcare professional and product verification and traceability to the importing pharmaceutical facility.

On December 1st 2014, PTSI became part of the Durbin Group. Durbin has been supplying pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and consumable supplies around the world for over 50 years.
